SNS bindings

I’m sort-of new to all of this. I’ve skied a few times and all, but was recently given a pair of XC skis and would like to try them out. I come to find out that they have the OLD SNS bindings. Tracking down a pair of size 44 boots with this binding seems almost impossible. Since your site is current and you are all avid skiers, maybe someone out there in Colorado could help me out? Or do you consider these bindings obsolete?

Any help or suggestions you can give will be greatly appreciated.
