A Day At The Races!
It was as advertised….a massive start with 14,000 people ages
18-80. Unfortunately thre was a massive traffic jam and though we
caught the shuttle bus at 4:30 am, we were about 10 min late. That
meant we were behind about 3,000 racers slower than I, but what was
worse was the delay of 30min. at the first bottleneck and gigantic
hill 1K from the start.
