March 8 Grooming Report

Al groomed out the following trails late this afternoon amidst the last of the falling snow — Winslow, Sunset, Lion’s Loop, Will’s Hill, Arroyo, Scales Lake, Loop 3, Loop 1 (lower), Loop 2 (lower), and Dog Trail.  He had some very challenging conditions where visibility was near zero, so gets kudos for getting the job done.  We had over a foot of snow, so expect very soft conditions tomorrow for skating, but should be good for classic skiing.  Jon will be back at it on Wednesday morning, and Al will be grooming out Ward tomorrow morning.  We are expecting snow tomorrow and tomorrow night, just a few inches, but still looks clear for Friday and Saturday  with highs around 26 degrees, and lows around 15 degrees.  This is the last week of grooming for Ward, and with excellent classic conditions, if you haven’t made it there in awhile, would strongly suggest it.
